This policy explains how Good Qs handles information when you use the iOS app or this website.
Good Qs is operated by Kirill Evstigneev, an independent developer (“Good Qs,” “we,” or “us”), who is the controller of information processed for the app. For privacy questions or requests, email dispause@gmail.com.
The app saves your selected language, haptic-feedback preference, onboarding completion, and whether you enabled 18+ packs. These preferences stay in Apple’s UserDefaults storage on your device. We do not receive them.
Good Qs uses Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to show products, complete purchases, restore access, prevent purchase fraud, and determine whether premium access is active. RevenueCat receives an automatically generated anonymous app-user identifier, device and app technical information, last-seen time, Apple receipt or transaction information, and purchase/subscription status. Good Qs does not create accounts and does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, contacts, advertising identifier, or precise location.
Purchase history is used for app functionality and RevenueCat’s purchase reporting. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Apple processes payments under Apple’s App Store privacy notice. RevenueCat processes purchase data for us as a service provider under its privacy terms.
The app does not collect account profiles, names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone data, conversation answers, advertising identifiers, or analytics about which cards you view. It contains no ads and does not track you across apps or websites.
This site has no account, form, analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. It is hosted by Vercel, which may process basic request information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested page, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
We process purchase information to perform the purchase you request, provide premium access, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, support users, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, and compliance with law.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate purchases and delivery: Apple, RevenueCat, and Vercel for this website. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Providers are required to protect information under their agreements and applicable law.
On-device preferences remain until you change them, reset onboarding, or delete the app. RevenueCat and Apple retain transaction records as needed to provide purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not control Apple’s records. To request deletion or access relating to data controlled by Good Qs, email us. Because the app uses an anonymous identifier, we may ask for limited purchase or device information to locate the correct record. We will not ask for your Apple Account password.
You can disable 18+ packs and haptics in Settings, choose either supported language, delete local preferences by deleting the app, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise a right.
Good Qs is not directed to children under 16. Mature packs are hidden unless a user confirms they are at least 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate.
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, with protections required by applicable law. We use a limited-data design and reputable providers, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be presented through the app or this site when appropriate.

These product terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Your use of Good Qs is licensed under the Apple Standard EULA, which is incorporated here by reference. If these product terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
The App Store age rating for Good Qs is 16+. Packs marked 18+ may discuss alcohol, dating, intimacy, desire, or other mature topics and are available only after you confirm that you are at least 18. Do not enable them if you are under 18 or if local law does not allow you to access that content.
Good Qs provides conversation prompts for entertainment. Participation is voluntary. Respect other players’ boundaries, allow anyone to skip a question, and do not use the app to pressure, harass, or endanger anyone. The prompts are not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
You may preview a limited number of cards in a pack. Premium access unlocks the available premium packs and cards while your subscription or lifetime entitlement remains active. The exact library may evolve as prompts are added, improved, or removed.
Good Qs offers weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices and billing periods are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Good Qs to recover eligible access. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple through Report a Problem. No free trial is offered unless the purchase sheet expressly says otherwise.
We may update the app, fix or replace prompts, add or remove packs, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve paid access as described at purchase, but availability can be affected by law, Apple services, network access, or events outside our control.
The app, original prompts, design, and branding are owned by the developer or licensed to us. You may use cards for personal conversations, but may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, or redistribute the app’s content as a competing product.
Good Qs is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interpersonal outcomes, decisions, or harm caused by how users choose to answer or act on prompts. Apple’s Standard EULA contains additional warranty and liability terms.
You may stop using the app at any time. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms or Apple’s Standard EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
Questions about these terms can be sent to Kirill Evstigneev at dispause@gmail.com.
